Every year, Al Amal Association holds an annual event for cancer patients and many humanitarian organizations and bodies participate in the event. 2017 annual event was one of the most important activities of the association, where it included 30 cancer children and more than 270 orphan children from various orphanages. Gifts and prizes were distributed to them.

Aims of this annual ceremony:

• Make children of cancer and orphans happy.
• Draw the attention of the community to this forgotten category of patients and orphans.
• Restore the spirit of hope in the hearts of patients.
