Project Idea:
The workforce is the basis of success in each organization, which is grown by developing these
forces and destroyed by neglecting them. So it is necessary to train and develop them because
their development will make a clear impact on the services provided and the level of
advancement in the wheel of rapid development. Therefor Al Amal Association believed that the
training, in its comprehensive concept, is to provide the employees with skills that will improve
their performance to a better level permanently to achieve the desired goals and to serve the
patients in the write way. So it has contacted with academic and professional trainers from
different countries to achieve its vision and the purpose for which it has been founded.

and service level through:
